Sister, I’ve come to firmly believe that we can only actualize our dreams in life sustainably with ease and grace, when we work together and discover the art of lifting each other up.Especially, as women in a world where our traditional support system, the closely-knit family structure and tribe has widely crumbled - our true power lies in sisterhood.Having grown up an only child the massive power of support - specifically the support of sisters - is a concept I’m still integrating myself and 'The Aligned Action Coven' has been the demonstration of this learning within me.

What is the Aligned Action Coven?

  • A 9-week women’s empowerment & creation journey designed to inspire, support and empower women to take aligned action towards their innermost dreams, which might still remain hidden even from their own gaze.

  • Weekly 2-hour group sessions, creating an intimate and closely-knit coven of no more than 8 like-minded women who share a desire to align with their true paths and make unique contributions to the world. These contributions may manifest as entrepreneurial ventures, creative projects, or other passionate endeavors.

  • This approach draws from a rich tapestry of wisdom sources, weaving together elements of Ontological Coaching, Neuroscience, Human Design, Tantric and Shamanic practices as well as some gifts by dear guest facilitators. And most importantly, the potent medicine of women gathering to uplift and support one another.

  • There will be two separate groups running in parallel. You get to join either the local group meeting in-person in Basel, Switzerland or you can join the online group if you live somewhere else in the world.

‘Aligned Action’ refers to the measurable, masculine component of the offering needed to create a tangible impact in the world.Within the word ‘Coven’ lies the essence of the feminine, the unique magic that resides within each one of us, which becomes unstoppable when we unite.The true power of this offering lies in harnessing the strengths of both the feminine and masculine approaches to balance out those parts within each of us longing to find their mature expression.

My dream for this program is for us to go from crawling to dancing as it relates to:

  • allowing support into our lives

  • shifting our relationship with money and opening ourselves up to receiving

  • expressing ourselves in the world authentically, balancing our playfulness and mature fierceness

  • finding clarity on what we want to create in the world right now

  • directing our focus and energy on what matters most to us by designing goals and aligned action steps.

  • sharing our unique contribution with the world, unapologetically

  • anchoring the trust in the fact that following our joy and ease can lead to the most fulfilling life journey

You may be looking for a price point. Traditional Pricing for the AAC doesn't feel aligned for me, however.Let me explain...This Program works with the energy of money, a resource available to us in abundant flow when aligning with it from a place of trust and reciprocity.While I believe the resources provided on this journey should ideally be available to anyone for free, I also believe money is one of the most powerful ways to exchange value especially when we seek to make money in the outer world.By giving an amount that is a stretch (but not a hardship) to you, you have ‘skin in the game’ as we say and this opens up to a greater benefit that you will receive energetically from the offering.If this concept is foreign to you, worry not :) We will go deeper into THE ENERGY OF MONEY in one of the modules of this program.To give you a reference point, what is offered in this program is usually valued at € 850 in terms of the time investment alone. In addition, you receive tools, products and experiences carefully designed that even reach beyond that amount.To make this easily accessible nonetheless, I'm opening up a sliding scale.

What even is a coven?

A "coven" traditionally refers to a group or gathering of witches, typically practicing witchcraft often with a focus on rituals, spells, and spiritual exploration.I just love this idea of us women believing in the magic of coming together to support one another beyond what is commonly understood as ‘possible’ or ‘reasonable’ coming together around the (virtual) bonfire to get witchy together and make some magic happen. ;-*

How ‘Woo-woo’ (overly esoteric) is this Program?

You do not need any prior knowledge or regular spiritual practices you follow. While some of the tools, practices and rituals shared in this program do have a spiritual or non-conventional foundation, many are based on neuroscientific, biological or psychological evidence and are commonly used in coaching and other personal growth contexts.I believe we all will see real-life shifts in our lives as a result of leaning into this offering, even those with little inclination to spirituality. However, some openness and willingness to try new or non-conventional practices is important. :)
